Case study
Health Justice Australia
Aligning for the future
Health Justice Australia was established to improve how health, legal and social services work together to support people experiencing disadvantage.
After seven years of delivering national impact, the organisation had outgrown its start-up phase and set a clear ambition to evolve into a recognised Knowledge Hub by 2026.
The task
Our task was to support this transition by re-positioning HJA for its next stage of growth.
We worked with the organisation to clarify its ecosystem of services and offers, identify the systems and capabilities needed to scale impact, and shape how its work could be packaged and communicated to align with a sustainable revenue strategy.
